SHIPING POLICY

 

**1. Order Processing**

- **Order Confirmation:** Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

- **Processing Time:** Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Custom or special orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

**2. Shipping Methods and Costs**

- **Shipping Options:** We currently do not offer any shipping services unless otherwise noted during special events.

- **Free Shipping:** Free delivery is available on orders over $1000. This offer applies to orders shipped within 100 miles of Vancouver WA.

**3. Damaged or Missing Items**

- **Damaged in Transit:** If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

- **Missing Items:** If your order is missing any items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and ship any missing items as quickly as possible.

**4. Order Modifications and Cancellations**

- **Changes to Orders:** Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

- **Order Cancellations:** Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of placement. Once processing has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
